Cooking & Handling Instructions: Keep Frozen.

  • READY TO EAT: Thaw under refrigeration for 1 – 2 hours or overnight prior to use. Keep refrigerated after thawing or opening. The product can be heated to an internal temperature of 145°F and held at that temperature for up to 30 minutes to expedite if serving warm. Cool in an ice bath before serving in the cold. Do not refreeze.

  • DEEP FRYER: Bread or batter thawed product as desired, then deep fry for at least 1 minute at 350°F or until golden, brown, and delicious.

  • SAUTE OR PAN FRY: Add a teaspoon of oil and heat frozen product in a skillet over medium-high heat or medium flame for about 2 minutes per side.

  • CONVECTION OVEN: Place thawed product on a baking sheet and bake between 275°F to 375°F until product is fully heated to an internal temperature of 140°F or above the danger zone.

  • GRILL: Marinate and place frozen product on a charbroiler over a medium flame, about 450°F. Lightly grill for about 2 minutes per side or until internal temperature of 140°F is reached.  

  • BOIL: Throw in thaw or cooked product in a pot of boiling water and heat until the internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
